Laboratory analyzer interfacing

By quotation

Scoped per analyzer after a site survey: model, protocol, one-way or two-way, and the tests to map. A fixed-price quotation is issued before work starts. The core works fully without it; medtechs enter results manually.

  • No per-user fees: however many staff use the system
  • Licence: per clinic server, renewed through annual support
  • Add-ons: can be bought later at the same price
  • Hardware: server, workstations, printers and network are supplied by the clinic
  • Data ownership: all patient and business data remains the clinic's
  • Analyzer interfacing: quoted separately; supplier LIS licences and serial converters not included

All amounts are in Philippine pesos. The annual fee starts on the first anniversary of go-live.

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Download the installer and use CDMS Labs free for 30 days with every module, including CT/Mammography, Cardiology, Accounting and APE/PEME. No credit card is needed. Install it on a Windows 10 or 11 PC; other computers on the network open it in Chrome or Edge.

How many users can we have?

There is no user cap and no per-user fee. The licence is per clinic server; add as many staff accounts as you need.

What computers do we need?

One server: any reasonably recent office desktop running Windows 10 (22H2) or Windows 11 with at least 8 GB of memory, left on during clinic hours. Workstations only need Chrome or Edge.

Can we add modules or machines later?

Yes. CT/Mammography, Cardiology, Accounting and APE/PEME are switched on with a new licence key, without reinstalling or moving data. Analyzer interfaces can be added at go-live or any time later as a quoted project.

Which analyzers can you connect?

CDMS Labs speaks HL7 v2 (MLLP) and ASTM over TCP/IP, with templates for the Mindray BC-5140, BC-5390 and BS-240 Pro. Mindray BC hematology is field-tested with host query. Each lab's machines are surveyed and quoted individually, and manual result entry always works.

Is training included?

Yes. The setup fee covers installation, configuration, master-data setup (services, prices, doctors, HMOs) and role-based staff training. A user manual with a page for each role is provided.
