CDMS Labs is developed by Reynan Soliva, an independent software developer in the Philippines. The person who demonstrates the system is the person who built it, sets it up in your clinic and answers the support line afterwards.
CDMS Labs handles how Philippine clinics bill, discount, withhold and report. These are capabilities of the software; registrations and certifications remain the clinic's own.
CDMS Labs is not a BIR-accredited CAS/CRM. By default it prints Acknowledgement Receipts and Charge Slips marked as not official receipts; titles and series can be changed after the clinic registers its system with the BIR. CDMS Labs supports a Data Privacy Act program but does not by itself make a clinic compliant.

Yes. Download the installer and use CDMS Labs free for 30 days with every module, including CT/Mammography, Cardiology, Accounting and APE/PEME. No credit card is needed. Install it on a Windows 10 or 11 PC; other computers on the network open it in Chrome or Edge.
No, not for daily work. CDMS Labs runs on a server inside your clinic and workstations reach it over the LAN. Internet is used only to download software updates, and the licence activates offline.
There is no user cap and no per-user fee. The licence is per clinic server; add as many staff accounts as you need.
One server: any reasonably recent office desktop running Windows 10 (22H2) or Windows 11 with at least 8 GB of memory, left on during clinic hours. Workstations only need Chrome or Edge.
Yes. CT/Mammography, Cardiology, Accounting and APE/PEME are switched on with a new licence key, without reinstalling or moving data. Analyzer interfaces can be added at go-live or any time later as a quoted project.
CDMS Labs speaks HL7 v2 (MLLP) and ASTM over TCP/IP, with templates for the Mindray BC-5140, BC-5390 and BS-240 Pro. Mindray BC hematology is field-tested with host query. Each lab's machines are surveyed and quoted individually, and manual result entry always works.
Automatically every night, encrypted with AES-256 and kept for 30 days, with a second copy to a USB drive or NAS. The dashboard turns red if no backup has completed in 24 hours. Restore is one click and takes a safety backup first. Keep the backup passphrase safe: without it, backups cannot be restored.
Yes. Doctors see only their own patients, work and commissions. This is enforced on the server, and attempts to see anyone else's are refused and recorded in the audit trail.
Yes. Programs have mandatory and optional tests and company-specific variants, with company rates and contract-locked prices.
58 or 80 mm thermal receipt printers, regular A4/Letter printers for results and reports, and any label printer with a Windows driver for Code 128 specimen labels. Receipt layouts can be calibrated to your printed booklets.
Setup data comes in through imports: doctors, commission rates, suppliers, chart of accounts, company rosters, APE/PEME registrations, and normal-result templates from an old system's SQL script. There is no general importer for past patient, order or financial history; accounting opening balances go in as an opening journal.
The server checks for updates daily and alerts administrators. An administrator clicks Install; CDMS Labs verifies the update's digital signature, takes a backup, installs, and rolls back automatically if anything fails.
Yes. The setup fee covers installation, configuration, master-data setup (services, prices, doctors, HMOs) and role-based staff training. A user manual with a page for each role is provided.
