What this notice covers
This notice covers the information you send through the demo request form on this website. It does not cover patient data handled inside a clinic's CDMS Labs installation, which stays on the clinic's own server.
What we collect
Clinic name, contact person, role, email, mobile number, city, number of workstations, departments of interest and your message.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your request: to contact you, arrange a demonstration and prepare a quotation.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to respond to your request and follow up on it, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask to access, correct or delete the information you sent. Contact us using the details on this website.
