Doctors work from their own consultation queue with the patient's vitals and results alongside. Prescriptions are numbered (RX-YYYY-…) on their own gapless yearly series, print on A5, and list dangerous drugs with the doctor's S2 number.
Certificates, abstracts and referrals are pre-filled from the notes and print on A4. Edits need a reason and keep earlier versions, and follow-up dates feed an overdue list at the front desk.
