The rad tech picks a saved normal template, such as CHEST PA, with the reading doctor's own wording listed first. The tech can sign in that doctor's name, and the audit log records who did it; a clinic that wants only doctors to sign removes that permission from the role.
Released reports are changed only by amendment, and every version is kept. Normal templates can be brought over from the old system's SQL script, with empty, test-named and duplicate rows left unticked for review.
