Batches run at the clinic or on-site. Examinees carry QR routing forms through the stations while a live dashboard shows who is where; on-site forms print a handwritten vitals block, "Arrive all" marks everyone present, and vitals are encoded afterwards. Bulk registration from Excel shows errors and duplicates before anything is saved.
The physician's signature finalizes each fitness classification. The consolidated report goes out with full results or as a fitness summary, on numbered transmittals with QR verification, email and recorded acknowledgment. Re-finalizing a report the company already has creates a supplementary transmittal, and the company is billed on one consolidated invoice.
