Values are recalculated on the server every time the result is saved, and a released scan reprints exactly as released. The Congenital Anomaly Scan prints on a two-column A4 sheet, and its targeted-imaging checklist flags abnormal findings for the doctor to confirm at signing.
A "This pregnancy" panel lists earlier scans of the same pregnancy with growth charts and the EDD by earliest ultrasound. No cardiac activity, placenta previa at 36 weeks or later, and a major anomaly block release until someone records who was told.
