Echo calculations include Teichholz volumes and EF, FS, VCF, LV mass index, relative wall thickness and mean PA pressure. Stress, echo and stress echo results print on the clinic's own sheets with three signatures, and abnormal results are flagged for further evaluation automatically.
Cardiology runs from a queue: STAT patients go first and agency batches stay together. Screening holds, signed consent, a daily readiness checklist and a dobutamine drug log (lot, expiry, atropine) are built in, with critical-finding notification and priors compared on EF, LV mass index and Duke score.
