Each visit gets one ticket that follows the patient from the cashier through every station. STAT patients go first, then a priority lane for seniors, PWDs and pregnant patients with a fairness rule so regular patients still move.
The queue is pay-first: walk-ins go to the cashier before any station opens, while APE examinees whose tests are all charged to the company skip it. CT, mammography and cardiology rooms do not call a patient until screening and consent are done. Visit tickets are switched on in Settings when the clinic is ready.
