Physicians choose which nurses may type consultation notes and fitness classifications for them. Whatever the nurse types stays a draft until the physician signs, and the record shows who transcribed it.
The physician always remains the author of record: a nurse draft cannot complete a consultation, prescriptions do not print until the notes are signed, and a batch cannot close while drafts are unsigned. The system never suggests a fitness class.
